Georgette Heyer's The Grand Sophy comes to the big screen!
Sophy (Georgia King) has an exotic pet, and spends her time shaking up the uptight gentleman (Tom Everett Scott) who will undoubtedly have his engagement to a listless fiancee broken (possibly against his will) so that he may be free to end the movie with the heroine. In addition, Sophy’s cousin Cecilia (Sophie Wu) falls in love with a handsome but socially unpromising poet (Ben Barnes) in a subplot which all but guarantees Wodehousian match making farce.
Ben Barnes is always charming! And oh, so eloquent!
